Overview
Identify and practice techniques to successfully manage a range of challenging communication scenarios at work. Creating Excellent Communicators is a two day course exploring the techniques that actors employ to communicate with confidence, respond in the moment and influence their audience. This course will enhance your ability to communicate effectively with individuals and small groups.

How to prepare
Please prepare a short presentation of up to 2 minutes, which is current and pertinent to your work. You will not need to prepare or bring PowerPoint slides for your presentation, however feel free to bring printed copy of your presentation if you need a reference.
It is advisable that participants wear loose and comfortable clothing (eg. flat shoes) as there may be some movement exercises.
We welcome you from 8:30 am for tea & coffee. Please arrive by 8:45 am to ensure a prompt start.
Arrival tea & coffee, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided.
