Overview

This two-day course is an engaging introduction to voice techniques, led by an experienced NIDA teaching artist. Gain practical insight into vocal mechanics including breath support, vocal fold function, and resonance and improve your vocal strength and flexibility while working with a range of texts to enhance vocal clarity and impact. 

You’ll build confidence in using your voice in various performance settings through group activities and individual tasks. Personalised feedback from a NIDA teaching artist will help you identify strengths and areas for improvement, providing tailored advice for ongoing development. 

Ideal for aspiring actors, public speakers or anyone looking to improve their vocal presence, this course offers a supportive environment to explore and enhance your voice. Discover the power of your voice and unlock its potential in performance.
