Screen Acting Techniques: Performance In Focus

Overview

Develop your existing screen acting skills through character-driven exercises that challenge and inspire. This course offers a practical pathway to deepen your craft, with a strong focus on developing authentic, engaging performances for film and television.  

Gain valuable insight into industry expectations through focused work on screen tests, castings and callbacks, and build the technical skills and on-camera confidence needed to stand out in a competitive screen environment. 

Components  

  • Develop physical and vocal techniques for creating on-screen characters.   
  • Apply strategies to confidently analyse a range of texts for screen performance.  
  • Gain an insight into industry best-practice through a series of simulated casting exercises.
