NIDA Open gift vouchers: Terms & Conditions

Agreement is between you and National Institute of Dramatic Art (“NIDA”) ABN: 99 000 257741 of 215 Anzac Parade, Kensington, NSW 2033.

Validity

Please note all purchased NIDA Open gift vouchers with a dollar value are valid for three years from the date of purchase.

Any other vouchers are valid for the period specified on the voucher.

Redemption

To redeem your NIDA Open Voucher, please select the class you would like to enrol in and proceed to the checkout via the website or phone us to make your booking on +61 2 9697 7626.

It is the Voucher holder’s responsibility to ensure the voucher is redeemed before the expiry date of their voucher. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to use with other divisions of NIDA (Higher Education, Corporate, Development, venues or anything other than with NIDA Open).

Lost vouchers

Any lost vouchers can be identified by providing the full name of the buyer to a NIDA Open representative and we will contact them directly to verify your identity and use of the voucher.

Extending the expiry date

Life gets busy and we get that! So we’ve made an exemption in case you lose track of time.

Extensions can be provided for up to 90 days (3 months) for an administration fee of $30.00 and can only be applied once. Please call us on 1300 450 417.

Transferring your voucher to someone else

NIDA Open vouchers aren’t tied to any name in particular, so there is no need to transfer to another user. You will just have to supply over the phone, or enter on the web the voucher code (e.g 6xUgXfYT).

Flexibility

The value of your Voucher is fully flexible, and can be used for any number of NIDA Open courses.

Cancellation of courses

From time to time, courses may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. NIDA Open will contact the enrolled attendee and discuss alternative courses or renew the Voucher minus the days that have passed before the date of enrolment occurred. A refund of cash will not be provided.

Change of mind

Vouchers purchased from NIDA Open are non-refundable in whole or in part if you change your mind. In the event you have made an error online (for example purchased 2 quantities), we will ensure that a full refund occurs. Please contact us to discuss your payment.

Shipping and Postage

NIDA Open will email vouchers electronically. Should you wish for your email version to be printed and posted, you will need to contact us.

Other terms

Changes to these Terms & Conditions – NIDA Open reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Entire Agreement – These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and NIDA Open.
