NIDA NIDA Connect for Schools

NIDA Connect for Schools

For schools and community groups NIDA Connect offers free streaming of NIDA student productions.

Each year NIDA produces two theatrical seasons of student work, one in June and one in October. Access to this work is currently limited by location, with only community and prospective students living in Sydney able to attend performances. Through NIDA Connect, we aim to extend access and provide encouragement for young people from diverse and regional communities to consider creative career paths. Creating a platform to share NIDA student work with regional and remote communities is vital in our bid to ensure the next generation of storytellers truly represents the full range of the Australian cultural voice.
